Daily analysis of in-house line concerns, compilation of rejection data, joint analysis of customer & process concerns, implementation of CAPA through concern department, monitoring of effectiveness of countermeasures implementation, Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, Control Plan, SPC, QSP/WI, 7QC Tools
Development of casting / forging machined parts and Jig Fixture development knowledge. PPAP, Control Chart, Layout, Audits. Knowledge of pricing of parts, negotiation etc. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
